1. Studio Agreement & Health Readiness
By booking a class at ASVybe, you affirm that you are in good physical condition and have consulted with a medical professional prior to engaging in strenuous functional athletic training.
2. Class Attendance & Cancellations
Spots are reserved on a first-come basis. Please cancel reservations at least 6 hours before class start to allow athletes on the waitlist to attend.
3. Membership Billing & Flexibility
Monthly memberships operate month-to-month with no hidden setup fees. Cancellations require a 14-day written notice before your scheduled billing date.
4. Code of Conduct
ASVybe is a supportive, zero-ego community. We treat fellow athletes, coaches, and equipment with respect. Unsafe behavior or harassment will result in immediate revocation of studio privileges.
